What undercarriage parts do you supply?

What are the key advantages of your one-piece track rollers?
Our track rollers feature a one-piece (monoblock) structure with no welding or assembly, eliminating common defects found in cast or welded rollers. Combined with a proprietary sealing system, they offer high strength, reliable wear resistance, effective protection against water and sand ingress, and stable long-term performance.
In addition, compared with other manufacturing technologies, our production process is more environmentally friendly, featuring lower carbon emissions, reduced dust generation, and lower noise levels.
Do you offer OEM, custom manufacturing, or samples?
Yes. We support OEM and custom manufacturing based on customer drawings, samples, or technical specifications to meet specific application requirements. Samples are available for evaluation, subject to product type and shipping arrangements. Please contact us for further details.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Warranty and service are provided according to product type and contractual terms. We offer 24-hour responsive technical support. For our new-technology one-piece track rollers, solutions are provided within 24 hours, and replacement parts may be arranged by air shipment if a quality issue is confirmed.
What are the delivery terms and lead times?
Standard delivery terms include FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW. Typical lead time ranges from 15–35 days depending on order quantity and production schedule.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T is accepted. A 30% deposit upon order confirmation is required, with the balance payable before shipment. Flexible terms may be discussed for long-term partners.
